Are all of the storage units drive-up?
At our Colborne Street location, 95% of units are drive-up and 5% are not.
At our Greenfield location, 100% of units are drive-up.
Is there a security system and fenced yard?
Yes, both locations have a security system and a fenced yard.
Are payments weekly, monthly, or semi-annually?
Payments are monthly and occur based on the day you sign-up.
Are there late fees?
Yes, 3 days after the due date, there is a $25 late fee applied per month of non-payment. After 60 days of non-payment, we have the right to auction off the unit or, removal of the contents.
What sizes of units do you have?
We offer 5×8, 5×10, 8×10, 10×10, 8×16, 10×15, 8×20, 10×20 & 8×25. You can also see our pricing here
